By tapping "I Agree", creating an account, or using TUKAR, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Trading Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License Grant. TUKAR grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the TUKAR app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). If under 18, you must have a parent/guardian's permission and they must also agree to this EULA on your behalf.

3. Your Account. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Provide accurate info and keep it current. One person, one account.

4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to: (a) list, offer, or trade counterfeit, stolen, fake, proxy, or misrepresented cards; (b) list items you do not own or have the right to trade; (c) harass, threaten, defraud, dox, or endanger another user; (d) use TUKAR for money laundering, illegal gambling, or any unlawful purpose; (e) circumvent trade, rating, or safety features; (f) scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or build competing services from TUKAR data; (g) upload malware, spam, or infringing content; (h) impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of reputation, and reporting to law enforcement.

5. Trades Happen Between Users. TUKAR is a venue, not a party to any trade. We don't authenticate, grade, appraise, insure, escrow, or guarantee any card or meetup. See the Trading Disclaimer — it is incorporated by reference.

6. User Content. You retain ownership of content you post (listings, photos, messages, reviews). You grant TUKAR a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent you have the rights to grant this license.

7. Third-Party Content. Card data, images, and prices may come from third parties (Scryfall, JustTCG, etc.). Provided "as is" and may be inaccurate or delayed. Trademarks and card artwork belong to their respective owners (Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Bandai). TUKAR is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

8. Fees. TUKAR is currently free. Optional paid features (such as TUKAR Pro) may be introduced with notice.

9. Updates. Some updates may be required. This EULA applies to all updates unless a new agreement accompanies them.

10. Termination. You may stop using TUKAR at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend/terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or risk to others. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability. Provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUKAR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of cards, money, data, or goodwill. Total aggregate liability capped at USD $100 or the amount you paid TUKAR in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold TUKAR harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use, trades, content, or violations.

13. Governing Law & Disputes. Governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at support@tukar.app so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

14. Changes. We may update this EULA. Material changes require re-acceptance. Continued use after non-material updates = acceptance.
