1. Platform Role. TUKAR is a venue that lets users discover each other, list cards, and communicate about potential trades and meetups. TUKAR is not a party to any trade, sale, exchange, or meetup between users. We do not buy, sell, own, store, inspect, authenticate, grade, appraise, insure, or deliver any cards or other items exchanged through the app.

2. No Verification. We do not verify identity, age, background, reputation, or trustworthiness of any user, nor the existence, authenticity, condition, ownership, grading, or value of any card or item. Profile info, photos, ratings, and listings are user-provided and not independently checked.

3. User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for: (a) evaluating the other party and the cards involved; (b) choosing a safe, public meetup location (LGS or other public place recommended); (c) inspecting and authenticating cards in person before exchange; (d) complying with applicable laws (tax, consumer, anti-fraud); (e) resolving disputes (non-delivery, misrepresentation, damage, loss, theft, fraud) directly with the other user.

4. Assumption of Risk. Trading cards carries inherent risks — counterfeits, misgrading, condition misrepresentation, no-shows, theft, robbery, assault, harassment, financial loss. You assume all such risks.

5. No Warranty. TUKAR, listings, matches, price estimates, user ratings, and any content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUKAR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from (a) any trade, meetup, message, or interaction between users; (b) counterfeit, misrepresented, stolen, damaged, or lost items; (c) acts/omissions of another user; or (d) use or inability to use the app. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid TUKAR in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold TUKAR harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your trades, meetups, listings, conduct, or violations.

8. Reporting & Safety. Report fraud, counterfeits, threats, or unsafe behavior in-app and, where appropriate, to law enforcement. TUKAR may — but is not obligated to — investigate, remove content, or suspend accounts.

9. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
